We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on our web hosting packages (Shared, Semi-Dedicated, VPS). If you are unsatisfied, you can request a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

2. Non-Refundable Services

Domain name registrations, transfers, renewals, setup fees, and custom development services are strictly non-refundable once processed or initiated.

3. Cancellation Process

You can cancel your services at any time through your client portal or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically trigger a refund for unused time unless requested within the refund window.
